5. זכות עכבון
לקבלן תהא זכות עכבון על נכס שמסר לו המזמין לביצוע מלאכתו או למתן שירותו, כדי תשלום הסכומים המגיעים לו מן המזמין עקב עיסקת הקבלנות.
