12. תעודת הסמכה
תיקון: תשנ״ו
(א)מי שהוסמך כעגורנאי או כאתת תתן לו רשות ההסמכה תעודה על כך (להלן – תעודת הסמכה).
(ב)תעודת ההסמכה תהיה לתקופה שלא תעלה על שלוש שנים.
(ג)בתעודת ההסמכה יפורטו הסוג ודרגת העומס של העגורן, שלגביו ניתנת ההסמכה.
