17. ערר
(א)נפסל עגורנאי מוסמך או אתת מוסמך בידי מפקח העבודה האזורי, רשאי הוא לערור על הפסילה בפני מפקח העבודה הראשי.
(ב)הערר יוגש, בכתב, תוך 30 ימים מתאריך הודעת הפסילה.
(ג)מפקח העבודה הראשי יתן לעורר הזדמנות לטעון את טענותיו בכתב או בעל פה.
