11. ראיות
הוכח בועדה שאדם זולת המחזיק או שכיריו עשה בקרקע החקלאית פעולות הקשורות בהכשרת הקרקע, בעיבודה, בזריעתה, בשתילתה, בטיפול בצומח הקשור בעיבודה, באיסוף יבולה או בשימוש במים לעיבודה, או נהג בה באופן אחר מנהג בעלים, תהא חובת הראיה על המחזיק שלא נהג בקרקע שימוש חורג.
