4. ועדת הכרעה
תיקון: תשס״ט
שר המשפטים יקים ועדת הכרעה, או ועדות הכרעה, לענין חוק זה; ועדת הכרעה (להלן – ועדה) תהא מורכבת משופט בית משפט שלום שימנה שר המשפטים והוא ישמש יושב־ראש ומשני מומחים שימנה שר החקלאות, ובלבד שלא יהיו ביניהם עובדי רשות מקרקעי ישראל ואחד מהם לפחות יהיה מי שאינו עובד המדינה; הודעה על הרכב הועדה תפורסם ברשומות.
