12. התפטרות והפסקת עיסוק
מיד עם תחילת כהונתו כשר ולא יאוחר מ־30 ימים לאחר מכן, יתפטר השר מכל משרה, תפקיד או כהונה, ויפסיק כל עיסוק או פעילות שאינם בהתאם לכללים אלה.
