8. בן זוג של פדוי שבי שנפטר
תיקון: תשע״א, תשפ״ד־2
(א)נפטר פדוי שבי, זכאי בן זוגו בשעת פטירתו לתשלום לפי הוראות סעיף 5(א), למשך תקופה של שנה מיום פטירתו; בסעיף זה, ”בן זוג“ – לרבות ידוע בציבור.
(ב)הוכר פדוי שבי לאחר פטירתו, זכאי מי שהיה בן זוגו בשעת פטירתו לתשלום חד־פעמי בסכום השווה ל־12 תשלומים חודשיים כאמור בסעיף 5(א), ב־1 בחודש לאחר החודש שבו הוכר פדוי השבי כאמור.
