9. שימוש בספרים
(א)הלשכה רשאית להתיר לנבחנים להשתמש בשעת הבחינה בספר המכיל את נוסח החיקוקים.
(ב)הותר להשתמש בספר כאמור, לא ישתמש הנבחן בספר או ברשימה או בכתב אחר הכולל פירוש, הערה או רישום אחר זולת נוסח החיקוק עצמו.
