102. תחילה
(א)תחילתו של חוק זה, פרט לסעיף 72, היא כתום ששה חדשים מיום פרסומו ברשומות.
(ב)תחילתו של סעיף 72 היא ביום שיודיע עליו השר, בהודעה ברשומות, לפחות 30 יום מראש.
שר החקלאות הודיעה כי תחילתו של סעיף 72 לחוק, תהיה ביום כ״ב בניסן התשמ״ב (15 באפריל 1982) (י״פ תשמ״ב, 1449).
