18. ועדה לזכויות מטפחים
(א)שר המשפטים ימנה ועדה לזכויות מטפחים; הוועדה תהיה של שלושה והם שופט בית משפט מחוזי שיהיה יושב ראש הוועדה, הרשם, ובעל הכשרה מקצועית בשטח טיפוח זני צמחים שיתמנה על פי הצעת שר החקלאות.
(ב)שר המשפטים רשאי להתקין תקנות בדבר סדרי דין ואגרות בהליכים לפני הוועדה לזכויות מטפחים, ככל שלא נקבעו בחוק זה.
