33. השגה על קביעת שם הזן
הרואה את עצמו נפגע בהחלטה בדבר קביעת שם זן רשאי, לפני תום שנה מיום פרסום ההודעה לפי סעיף 24, להגיש לרשם השגה מנומקת בכתב; הרשם יחליט בדבר ויודיע על החלטתו למשיג בכתב.
