58. אי־הזדקקות לדרישה
הרשם לא יזדקק לדרישה לפי סעיף 56 אם הוא סבור שמן הדין לדון בה כבבקשה שעילתה כאמור בסעיף 23(ב)(1) או בסעיף 29(א)(4).
