6. כשרות לרישום
תיקון: תשנ״ו
זן כשר לרישום זכות מטפחים בו בספר הזכויות הוא זן שנתקיימו בו כל אלה:
(1)הוא חדש;
(2)הוא אחיד במידה מספקת בתכונות היסוד שלו, כפי שצויינו בבקשה בהתחשב בשיטת הריבוי של הזן;
(3)תכונות היסוד שלו יציבות, ותיאורו ותכונותיו נשמרים אף לאחר ריבוי חוזר, ואם הטיפוח מהווה מחזור שלם – תכונותיו נשמרות בסיומו של כל מחזור.
