62. המועד להגשת תביעות הפרה
אין להגיש תביעה על הפרה אלא לאחר שזכות המטפחים נרשמה; אולם משהוגשה תביעה על הפרה רשאי בית המשפט להעניק סעד על הפרה שנעשתה לאחר יום הפרסום לפי סעיף 22.
