67. סייג להענקת פיצויים בזכות מטפחים שבוטלה בחלקה
בוטל חלק מזכות מטפחים שעל הפרתה הוגשה תביעה, אין בכך בלבד כדי לשלול מהתובע פיצויים על ההפרה; אולם רשאי בית המשפט שלא להעניק פיצויים אם התביעות שבפירוט של הזכות המקורית לא נוסחו בתום לב או נוסחו שלא בצורה ברורה.
