78. פרסום בקשה להחזר תוקף
שוכנע הרשם כי האגרה לא שולמה בשל סיבות סבירות, כי בעל זכות המטפחים לא ידע על פקיעתה ולא רצה בכך, וכי הבקשה להחזר תקפה של הזכות לפי סעיף 77 הוגשה סמוך ככל האפשר לאחר שדבר אי־תשלום האגרה נודע לבעל הזכות או למי שאחראי מטעמו לתשלום האגרה, יורה על פרסום הבקשה ברשומות לאחר ששילם בעל זכות המטפחים את האגרה שלא שולמה.
