1. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”רשות משמעת“ – רשות המוסמכת לשפוט משפט משמעת על פי החיקוקים המפורטים בטור א׳ שבתוספת;
”רשות מאשרת“ – הרשות הנקובה, לפי הענין, בטור ב׳ שבתוספת;
”משפט משמעת“ – משפט בפני רשות משמעת או ענישה על ידיה;
”ענישה“ – כל עונש שרשות משמעת מוסמכת להטיל על נידון וכל אמצעי נגד נידון שהיא מוסמכת לנקוט או להורות על נקיטתו;
”נידון“ – מי שנידון במשפט משמעת.
