4. קיום המשפט החוזר
משפט חוזר יקויים בפני רשות המשמעת; במשפט חוזר יהיו לרשות המשמעת כל הסמכויות הנתונות לה במשפט משמעת, ובלבד שלא תוחמר ענישתו של הנידון; דין ההחלטה במשפט חוזר כדין החלטה במשפט משמעת.
