34. שמירת הוראות
(א)שום דבר בחוק זה לא יתפרש כאילו הוא בא לפגוע בפקודת העתיקות.
(ב)הפעלת הוראות חוק זה לגבי המקומות הקדושים תהיה בתיאום עם שר הדתות.
(ג)חוק זה אינו בא לגרוע מזכויות זכיון שהוקנו בחוק, אולם השרים רשאים לקבוע הוראות בדבר תיאום פעולותיהן של הרשות ושל בעל זכיון כאמור בשטח נאות מרפא.
