9. יושב ראש הרשות וסגנו
(א)השרים ימנו יושב ראש הרשות מבין חברי הרשות ובהתייעצות עמה, ורשאים הם למנות לו מתוכם סגן אחד.
(ב)הרשות רשאית לקבוע את תפקידי יושב ראש הרשות, ולאצול לו מסמכויותיה.
