בחוק זה –
”סוחר מוסמך“ – כמשמעותו בחוק הפיקוח על המטבע, התשל״ח–1978;
”מטבע חוץ“ – מטבע חוץ המפורט בתוספת לחוק הפיקוח על המטבע, התשל״ח–1978, וזכות למטבע כאמור;
”קניה“ – קניית מטבע חוץ תמורת מטבע ישראלי.
