23. תיקון חוק זכויות נפגעי עבירה – תחילה ואי תחולה
תחילתו של סעיף 29(ג) לחוק זכויות נפגעי עבירה, התשס״א–2001, כנוסחו בסעיף 22 לחוק זה, ביום ט״ז בטבת התשס״ג (21 בדצמבר 2002); בתקופה שמיום ט״ז בטבת התשס״ג (21 בדצמבר 2002) עד יום תחילתו של חוק זה, לא תוטל חובה ולא תינתן זכות מכוח הסעיפים המנויים בסעיף האמור.
