94. החזר התשלומים
תיקון: תשע״ד
(א)עובד שסיים את שירותו או עבודתו או נושא משרה שסיים את כהונתו, ואשר אינו זכאי לתשלום קצבה מאוצר המדינה, מקופת המעסיק או מקופת הגוף שבו כיהן, יהיה זכאי להחזר התשלומים שנוכו לפי הוראות פרק זה ממשכורתו.
(ב)שר האוצר יקבע כללים להחזר התשלומים לפי סעיף קטן (א).
