11. סייגים לתחולה
הוראות חוק זה לא יחולו על אלה:
(1)מעון יום לפעוטות הפועל במקום המשמש גם למגורים;
(2)מעון יום לפעוטות שחוק פיקוח על מעונות יום לפעוטות לא חל עליו בשל הוראות סעיף 61 לחוק האמור, למעט מעון יום שיקומי;
(3)מעון יום לפעוטות ש־70% מהורי הפעוטות השוהים בו התנגדו בכתב להפעלת מצלמות במעון בהתאם להוראות חוק זה.
