6. שמירת הצילומים
(א)מפעיל מעון יום לפעוטות ישמור את הצילומים לפי חוק זה ל־30 ימים ממועד הצילום, אלא אם כן נקבעה בתקנות לפי סעיף 10(ב)(4) תקופה ארוכה יותר, ובתום התקופה האמורה יימחקו הצילומים אוטומטית.
(ב)מפעיל מעון יום לפעוטות ינקוט אמצעים סבירים כדי למנוע גישה שאינה מותרת לצילומים, ובכלל זה מניעת חיבור של המצלמות וכל מחשב או התקן שעל גביו נשמרים הצילומים לרשת תקשורת.
