תיקון: תשפ״ה
הרשות להגנת הפרטיות תפרסם הנחיות למפעילי מעונות יום לפעוטות, למנהלי מערכת ולהורי פעוטות הרשומים במעון המאפשר צפייה בזמן אמת או צפייה עיתית, בעניין אבטחת המידע והגנת הסייבר ושמירה על פרטיות בעת הפעלת צפייה בזמן אמת או צפייה עיתית, ושמירה על הוראות חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981, והוראות חוק זה בעניינים האמורים.
