3. צורת החוזה
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)נותן שירותי תשלום הנותן ללקוח שירותים נוספים שאינם חלק משירותי התשלום, יפריד בחוזה ההתקשרות עם הלקוח בין שירותי התשלום ובין השירותים הנוספים כאמור.
(ב)(בוטל).
