מנהל חשבון תשלום למשלם לא יגבה תמורה מהמשלם בעד מתן הרשאת גישה לחשבון או ביטולה ובעד מתן הגישה לנותן שירות ייזום מתקדם בהתאם להרשאת הגישה לחשבון.
