תיקון: תשפ״ג
השר, בהתייעצות עם המאסדרים של שירותי כספומט ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה, רשאי להחיל בתקנות את הוראות חוק זה, כולן או חלקן, על שירותי כספומט; בתקנות לפי סעיף זה רשאי השר להחיל את הוראות החוק כאמור בשינויים או בהתאמות כפי שיקבע.
