49. דרכי מסירת הודעות
השר, בהסכמת שר האוצר ונגיד בנק ישראל, רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין דרך מסירת הודעות לפי חוק זה; לא נקבעו תקנות כאמור יימסרו ההודעות לפי חוק זה בדרך המקובלת בנסיבות העניין.
