54. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי, בהסכמת שר האוצר ונגיד בנק ישראל, להתקין תקנות בכל עניין הנוגע לביצועו, ובכלל זה, לעניין אופן העמדת אמצעי תשלום לרשות המשלם, בידי נותן שירותי תשלום למשלם.
(ב)בתקנות לפי חוק זה רשאי השר לקבוע הוראות שונות לסוגים שונים של אמצעי תשלום, פעולות תשלום, חשבונות תשלום, נותני שירותי תשלום או לקוחות.
