2ג. החזרת סובסידיה
תיקון: תשע״ז, תשפ״ד
(א)נדרש בעל מכסה או בעל משק לול לייצור פטימים להשיב סובסידיה כאמור בסעיף 2ב(3), יחזירה בתוך שישים ימים מיום ההודעה או במועד מאוחר יותר, כפי שנקבע בהודעה, בתוספת ריבית שקלית כהגדרתה בחוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה, התשכ״א–1961, מיום קבלתה עד יום החזרתה, ויחולו הוראות חוק פסיקת ריבית והצמדה לעניין ריבית זו, בשינויים המחויבים; ואולם המנהל רשאי, מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו, לוותר על ריבית שקלית כאמור, כולה או מקצתה.
(ב)אין בהוראות סעיף כדי לגרוע מהוראות כל דין.
