37. שאלות בדבר עברו הפלילי של אדם
(א)אדם אינו חייב לגלות מידע פלילי על עצמו, שהוא פרט רישום שהתיישן או שנמחק, תיק סגור או תיק שעוכבו בו ההליכים, למי שאינו זכאי לקבל את המידע לפי חוק זה.
(ב)על אף כל חובה מכוח דין או הסכם, לא יישא הנשאל באחריות פלילית או אחרת בשל הימנעותו מלמסור מידע כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) למי שאינו זכאי לקבלו לפי חוק זה.
