הודעה שנשלחה לפי הוראות פרק זה בדואר רשום, חזקה שהגיעה למענה, אם נשלחה למען בישראל – בתוך שלושה ימים ממועד מסירתה למשלוח, ואם נשלחה למען מחוץ לישראל – בתום עשרה ימים מהמועד האמור.
