3ט. החלת הוראות מפרק ג׳ לעניין מידע הנוגע לבירור
תיקון: תשס״ט
הוראות סעיפים 31, 32, 32א, 32ב ו־32ג(א), יחולו לעניין בירור לפי פרק זה, בשינויים המחויבים ובשינויים אלה:
(1)בסעיף 32(ב), ברישה, במקום ”הנוגע למחיר יבוא או למחיר יצוא“ יקראו ”הנוגע לגידול ביבוא“;
(2)בסעיף 32א(ב), המילים ”בהתייעצות עם יושב ראש הוועדה המייעצת“ – לא ייקראו.
