6א. הרחבת תחולה
תיקון: תשנ״ז
(א)הוראות חוק זה יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, גם על סיוע בין מדינת ישראל לבין ארגון בין־לאומי, בין־ממשלתי או ישות אחרת המוכרת על ידי מדינת ישראל בשל מעמדה המיוחד בתחום הסחר הבין־לאומי, המנויים בתוספת, שעמם יש לישראל הסכם סיוע.
(ב)שר האוצר רשאי, בהסכמת שר המשפטים ושר החוץ ובאישור ועדת חוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, לשנות את התוספת.
