5. הודעה על שינויים
מקבל קיצבה לפי תקנות אלה יודיע למוסד, בכתב, על כל שינוי שחל במצבו המשפחתי ועל כל שינוי אחר שעשוי להשפיע על זכותו לקיצבה או על שיעורה.
