116. שינוי התוספת לפרק כ״א
שר האוצר, בהסכמת שר התשתיות הלאומיות ובהסכמת מועצת רשות המים, רשאי, בצו, באישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, לשנות את התוספת לפרק זה; ואולם שינוי של התוספת שלדעת שר האוצר אין בו השפעה כלכלית או תקציבית, ייעשה בידי מועצת רשות המים, בהתייעצות עם שר האוצר ושר התשתיות הלאומיות ובאישור הוועדה כאמור.
