148. תיקון חוק הבטחת הכנסה – הוראת שעה לשנת 2009
(א)הנוסח שולב בחוק הבטחת הכנסה, התשמ״א–1980 כהוראת שעה מיום 1.8.2009 ועד יום 31.12.2009.
(ב)התוספת השניה לחוק הבטחת הכנסה, כנוסחה בסעיף קטן (א), תחול על גמלה המשתלמת בעד התקופה שמיום י״א באב התשס״ט (1 באוגוסט 2009) עד יום י״ד בטבת התש״ע (31 בדצמבר 2009).
