22. תיקון חוק התכנית להבראת כלכלת ישראל – תחילה והוראת מעבר
(א)תחילתו של סעיף 45(א) לחוק התכנית להבראת כלכלת ישראל, כנוסחו בסעיף 21 לחוק זה, ביום ט״ו בטבת התש״ע (1 בינואר 2010).
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף 45(א) לחוק התכנית להבראת כלכלת ישראל, כנוסחו בסעיף 21 לחוק זה, יהיה שיעור ההיטל המוטל על העסקת עובד זר בענף המסעדות האתניות בשנים 2010 ו־2011 כמפורט להלן:
(1)בשנת 2010 – 10.75%;
(2)בשנת 2011 – 13.75%.
