50. דחיית מועד הגבייה
לא נקבעו כללים להפעלת הקרן כנדרש לפי החלטת הממשלה, רשאי שר האוצר לאחר התייעצות עם שר התעשייה המסחר והתעסוקה ושר הרווחה והשירותים החברתיים, לדחות את המועד לפי סעיף 48(א) למועד אחר.
המועד לתשלום החד־פעמי הקבוע בסעיף 48(א) נדחה למועד תשלום דמי הביטוח הלאומי שמשלם מעביד בעד עובד בעבור חודש דצמבר 2009 (ק״ת תש״ע, 111).
