90. העברת כספי היטל נטו לחשבון המדינה
ספק מים יעביר לחשבון המדינה, עד היום העשירי מתחילת כל רבעון (בפרק זה – מועד ההעברה) את כספי ההיטל נטו שהופקדו בחשבון הנפרד במהלך הרבעון הקודם; הספק יודיע לחשב הכללי, במועד ההעברה, על העברת הכספים כאמור.
