3א. איסור אפליה מטעמי מין
תיקון: תשנ״ד
קופת חולים לא תפלה מטעמי מין בכל אחד מאלה:
(1)קבלה לקופת חולים כחבר, כמבוטח שאינו חבר או כבן משפחה מבוטח;
(2)תנאי החברות בקופת חולים;
(3)תנאי הביטוח הרפואי.
