2. הגשת מסמכים
(א)בקשה, הודעה או מסמך אחר, וכל עותק מהם המוגשים לרשות, יוגשו בהגשה בנייר כאמור בתקנה 3 או באתר ההגשה כאמור בתקנות 4 עד 7, בכפוף לתקנת משנה (ב).
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), אדם שהוא אחד מן המפורטים להלן, יגיש בקשות, הודעות ומסמכים באתר ההגשה בלבד, אלא אם כן הגורם המוסמך ביקש:
(1)מבקש שהוא תאגיד;
(2)בעל מקצוע מורשה לפי כל דין, שההגשה מתבצעת במסגרת מקצועו או רישיונו.
