34. השגה על סירוב
סירב הגורם המוסמך לבקשה כאמור בתקנה 33, רשאי המבקש בתוך חודש מיום מתן ההודעה להשיג על ההחלטה לפני הרשם בכתב בצירוף אגרה לפי פרט 11 לתוספת השנייה.
