61. תשלום הוצאות סבירות
(א)בכל הליך שלפניו רשאי הרשם לצוות על תשלום הוצאות סבירות אך לא יותר מן הסכומים המפורטים בתוספת הרביעית לתקנות אלה.
(ב)הרשם יורה מי מבעלי הדין ישלם את ההוצאות וכיצד ישולמו.
(ג)אין באמור כדי לגרוע מסמכות הרשם לפסוק הוצאות שישולמו לאוצר המדינה.
