70. קיבול בקשה להחזר תוקף
(א)קיבל הרשם את הבקשה להחזר תוקפו של עיצוב – בין לאחר עיון בה בלבד ובין לאחר שמיעת טענות המבקש – יודיע על כך למבקש.
(ב)הודיע הרשם למבקש כי קיבל את בקשתו כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) ישלם המבקש בתוך חודש ממתן ההודעה את החלק מאגרת החידוש לפי פרט 5 לתוספת השנייה, שלא שולם.
(ג)לא שילם המבקש כאמור בתקנת משנה (ב), יראו אותו כאילו זנח את בקשתו.
