78. קבלת נסחים ומסמכים
בקשה לקבלת נסח מאושר מהפנקס וכן בקשה לקבלת העתק מאושר מכל מסמך שבידי הרשם כאמור בסעיף 104 לחוק, תוגש בכתב ותצורף אליה אגרה לפי פרטים 14 או 15 בתוספת השנייה.
