86. סיכום טענות בכתב
הרשם רשאי לדרוש מכל מבקש או בעל דין שלפניו לסכם בכתב את טענותיו שטען אותו אדם לפניו, ואם דרש כך חייב מי שנדרש למלא אחר הדרישה בתוך המועד שהורה לו הרשם.
