5. קביעת אזורי שיקום
(א)השרים יקבעו אזורי שיקום במספר שלא יפחת משלושה; הודעה על האזורים וגבולותיהם תפורסם ברשומות.
(ב)אזור שיקום יכלול רק חקלאים ואגודות חקלאיות שאינן חברות ולא היו חברות בארגון חקלאי.
